Nancy & Tom, the developers of Prairie Condominium, were very accommodating to the changes we needed for our condo. As I have a disability, they worked with us to ensure that our condo was completely accessible and safe for me. They were respectful, understanding and did everything possible to be sure our home is a place that we can live in for many years to come.

When Jim and I decided to sell our home and move to Prairie condominium, I was concerned that I would miss having a lawn & flower garden. However planting flowers in containers & baskets fulfills my gardening needs and it is very satisfying watching someone else mow the lawn on hot humid days!

As snowbirds, who escape to Florida during Wisconsin winters, it is much easier to lock up the condo and take off. No need to arrange snow removal.

We also hated to leave our close neighborhood at the lake but found that there is a real sense of community at Prairie Condominium. We have developed strong friendships with our neighbors and have never regretted our decision to purchase a new home here.
